RWC TRAINING BOLSTERS ELITE TRAINING TEAM WITH APPOINTMENT OF INDUSTRY EXPERT BRADLEY BARNBY

RWC Training is proud to announce the appointment of Bradley Barnby as Technical Trainer, a move that signals a major step forward in the company’s ambitious three-year growth strategy. Bradley joins the team with over two decades of hands-on technical expertise and high-level manufacturer training experience.

Bradley’s career began at age 16 with a Panel Beating apprenticeship, where he earned his NVQ Level 3. His reputation for meticulous craftsmanship quickly led him to the prestige sector, where he spent nearly a decade working on high-end vehicles. His skill set took him across Europe to elite manufacturer training centres, including Rolls-Royce in Sweden and Audi in Germany.

This technical excellence led to an eight-year tenure at ITAS, where Bradley transitioned from the workshop to the front of the classroom. His expertise now spans the most complex areas of modern vehicle repair, including Panel (Steel & Aluminium), MET, ADAS, High Voltage (EV) and VDA for brands such as JLR, BMW, Porsche, and Mercedes-Benz.

I was looking for a new challenge and an environment where the team is truly close-knit and focused on moving forward together. RWC Training offered exactly that – a chance for real progression within a company that values its people. I’m excited to bring my experience with high-end manufacturers to the team and help ensure our technicians are #FutureReady.
