This collaboration sees CRG Diagnostics utilise the programme to manage the upskilling and BS 10125 compliance of its 23-strong national technician workforce.
As a mobile-based operation with technicians located across the UK, CRG Diagnostics faced the significant logistical challenge of maintaining high-level certifications without disrupting daily operations. By switching to RWC’s remote-validation CPD model, the group has achieved a remarkable 49% saving in assessment costs, while ensuring 100% audit certainty across its entire network.
The programme covers 23 technicians specialising in ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems), with several also undertaking the specialised glazing unit to further diversify the group’s mobile service offering.
