RWC Training is proud to announce its second major adoption of its BS 10125 compliance CPD programme, Train to Gain. National mobile calibration specialist, Primrose, has enrolled 27 of its technicians to implement a modular training strategy across the UK, designed to incorporate the latest advancements in their field.
This landmark adoption highlights the unique flexibility of Train to Gain, demonstrating its ability to serve national, mobile and non-bodyshop operations through a targeted ‘pick and mix’ module approach. Primrose’s programme launches with 34 courses, focused entirely on advanced bolt-on modules, including ADAS and Electric Vehicle (EV) awareness, with plans to expand to 54 modules.
Crucially Primrose, which requires BS 10125 certification solely for ADAS related work, was able to select only the necessary ADAS module without needing to implement core curriculum groups. They have also integrated EV awareness training to ensure all staff are educated on best practices for safely working on and around electric vehicles, proactively fulfilling their duty of care as an employer.
This adoption proves the effectiveness of the programme’s fully remote model for businesses operating across the country.
By opting for a programme that prioritises upskilling over repetitive assessment, Primrose reinforces its culture of continuous innovation, cementing its position as a forward-thinking leader in the automotive sector.
At Primrose, our culture is centred on growth, development and embracing change. We believe that by investing our training budget wisely, we push ourselves further ahead of the competition. Train to Gain allows us to ensure every one of our 27 technicians, regardless of location, is trained to the same high standards. This isn’t a tick-box exercise for compliance; it’s about upskilling our staff for the future and achieving sustainable consistency nationwide.
Primrose’s commitment is a powerful validation of Train to Gain’s modular design. This partnership showcases the programme’s ability to cater specifically to ADAS specialists, mobile technicians and national businesses outside of the traditional bodyshop setting. Primrose is exactly the kind of dynamic business we built this for – one that is hungry to learn, open to change, and willing to invest wisely in its people to achieve compliance and tangible skill development. We are excited to support Primrose in standardising its training across the UK.
